Offering: Writing and Music
TOS
- I have the right to refuse doing any commission. This may be due to mental capacities, not knowing how to write/create what you requested, or further issues that may arise.
- I have the right to utilize and publish any commission I do. Unless discussed beforehand, all works will be public. If you wish for the commission to be private, you will be charged a 10% fee (circumstances will be discussed).
- I have the right to claim original ownership of any commission I do. You will not claim to have created these works yourself. When sharing these, I only request that you give me credit, may that be with my username (ImaginatorOfThings) or linking it back to any of my socials.
- You will not use my works for AI training. If I find out that you are using my works for AI purposes, then you will be banned from commissioning anything further from me.
- Payment will be through Ko-Fi, Venmo, Paypal, or Discord Nitro.
- There will be no set deadlines, as I have a life outside of this. I expect you to understand this, otherwise I will charge a 10% fee.
- If you do not fulfil your end of the payment within 48 hours (unless otherwise discussed) once the work is completed, you will be banned from commissioning me.
Will and Won't
- I will write/create:
- Original works. They are my specialty.
- Fanworks. The more familiar I am with the fandom, the more likely I am to write it. Depending on how unfamiliar I am with the fandom, there may be an upcharge for additional research, or I may reject doing your commission completely.
- Suggestive works. These include things you may find in a PG-13 movie (violence, blood, making-out, etc.). We may discuss the details of this accordingly.
- I will NOT write:
- Hard NSFW. I have no way of comfortably verifying if you are over 18 (we are talking about writing porn here), so I will save everyone the trouble.
- Your schoolwork, legalwork, etc. Those are your responsibilities, therefore they are up to you to complete.
- AI Training. I do not condone using AI for creative puposes. If I find out that you are commissioning me for AI training purposes, you will be banned.
- Racist, queer-phobic, or any other kind of harmful content. No. Just no. I will ban you.
- Large age gaps, such as adult x child ships, professor/teacher x student ships. I do not condone it, therefore I will not write it.
- Real life people. I don't feel comfortable writing about real people.
- I will try to write/create (there may be upcharges):
- Furries and mecha. Research will be done when writing.
- 8-bit/16-bit style tunes / "Epic Orchestrations". Both are at a level of composition that I may not be at yet. Please understand this.
- Covers. Due to being a bit of a perfectionist, I may easily burn out and get frusterated with making a cover to my standards.
Pricing (In USD)
- Writing:
- Under 1k words: $10 OR Discord Nitro
- Over 1k words: $15 flat rate + $5 every 500 words OR Installments of Discord Nitro ($10 each, rounded up)
- Music: $10 OR Discord Nitro (base price)
- I use a free program to make the music.
- A longer and/or more complex tune will up the price. $10 is your minimum.
- Price is per tune.
- The flat payment OR one Nitro will be expected upfront for works over 1k words, then the rest of the payment will be delivered after the work is complete.
- The flat payment OR one Nitro will be expected upfront for music, then the rest of the payment will be discussed and expected after the work is complete.
- The payment or Discord Nitro will be expected when writing is done for works under 1k words.
- After confirming your final payment, your work will be released to you.
- There will be no refunds unless I feel it necessary.
- Please have a reliable place for me to contact you for all works. See my Socials for places of contact.
- Important When Paying Via Ko-Fi! Please initiate contact with me before throwing your money at me. If I receive money via Ko-Fi with no prior contact, I will assume it's a kind tip/donation and go about my day.
Important:
While I may be a writer, I simply try to steer the story to its destined destination. I'm not entirely in charge of how long it takes for the story to reach said destination. As a result, the expected word count that you provide may differ from the actual product. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
While I may be a musician, I simply try to steer the tune to its destined destination. I'm not entirely in charge of how the tune will grow and change as I try to create it. As a result, the final product's tone and feeling might be different from what you expect. I will work with you on this, but a tip afterwards is always appreciated as well if you find the tune to be worth your time.
